TERMS: Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first served basis. All Steamboat NATCHEZ cruises, and Gray Line tours begin and end at the "Lighthouse" ticket office at Toulouse Street and the Mississippi River (at the Steamboat Natchez Dock), just one block from Jackson Square in the French Quarter.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted. Tours may be limited in space so please register early to insure your first choice. Online registrants will receive automatic confirmation, please keep a copy for your records. Tickets for all tours must be picked up at least 15 minutes prior to tour time. You must bring your ticket(s) with you for admission.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final. No shows will be fully billed. Please note receipt for charges will show as the New Orleans Steamboat Company.

If, due to navigational uncertainties, unfavorable weather conditions, breakdown, lay-up for repairs, or any other cause beyond the control of the New Orleans Steamboat Company, the company reserves the right to substitute another vessel which is able to make the cruise as planned. Full rates remain in force and effect.
